Collette Waudby trained at the Birmingham School of Jewellery, graduating in 1995 and now works out of her workshop in the historic Birmingham Jewellery Quarter.
Working in silver or gold her collections include necklace and earring sets, bangles and bracelets.
Collette’s work concern itself with looking at the straight and the curve, their relationships with one another and the body. Observations and influenced are taken from both organic and manmade sources, each piece aims to express elements of symmetry, space and balance. Stunning 9ct Gold Mavilo earrings by independent jewellery designer Collette Waudby. Each of the 'leaves' which make up these Mavilo earrings is handmade by Collette and her skills in anticlastic raising which are used to form them are a true demonstration of the art of the silversmith.
