- Fabulous Feminine Contemporary Jewellery from Jessica Hewitt's Flora Collection
- Jessica Hewitt's floral themed silver jewellery is inspired by patterns found in both modern and vintage textiles. Linear forms produce a modern but feminine feel and a naive aesthetic. Designs are reduced to simple shapes with crisp lines and a geometric edge. 2D and 3D pieces are created with a combination of silver, oxidised and gold-plate.
Since graduating from university, Jessica Hewitt has been sharing a workshop with Jane Moore at her contemporary Gallery in Leamington Spa. Jessica has spent the last two years developing and producing her work for various exhibitions and shows. Currently she is working with the Industry Innovation Centre in Birmingham, designing and developing a new range of jewellery in Acrylic which will be available soon.
Jessica's work is very distinctive and her "Flora Collection" was shortlisted for the prestigious Kayman Award in 2006. The judges commented that it was “A simple graphic device, subtly executed”. As implied by the name, the collection features a stem and petal motif. The pieces in the range are wearable, modern and feminine.

- Following the success of Designer Jewellers at Plush Jewellery, we have openend up a space in our gallery to any Jewellery designer makers out there who have never shown at Plush Jewellery before.
