Plush Jewellery Ltd sends out all orders via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. Orders over £100 are sent out postage free. Orders under £100 incur a postage and handling charge of £6, this is added automatically to the order total at the checkout stage.
Any items returned to Plush jewellery Ltd must be returned within seven working days. You as the customer are liable for the postage and insurance costs in sending items back to Plush Jewellery Ltd using the recommended method of postal return - Royal Mail Special Delivery. Plush Jewellery Ltd holds no responsibility items lost in transit sent back to us by any other method. This may result in you as the customer receiving no replacement or refund.
If the parcel/product is lost or found to be damaged upon receipt ie whilst in transit, then Plush Jewellery Ltd must be notified at once. Any damaged item(s) must be returned to us for replacement within seven days immediately after the date of receipt. An explanation of the damage must be enclosed so that the refund/ replacement can be carried out as soon as possible. Plush Jewellery Ltd shall not be deemed in breach of its obligations provided replacement products or refunds have been supplied.
